This aint itk but my mate is a celtic season ticket holder, the fella next to him is mates with mcgeady (allegedly).

Turned down a move to Sunderland on Tuesday according to Roy Keane ..... who has now urged him to knuckle down and fight for a place.

Why would he turn down a move to Sunderland? He's not going to get any playing time here. He hardly got any playing time last season and our winger options were terrible apart from Mirallas.

I would have thought a return to Celtic was the perfect fit for him. He was a hero there, he would get plenty of games and he would win trophies.

He can track back though, he does so very well for Ireland?
