I would start with Lukaku on the right to cut inside, Mirallas on the left, and Naismith behind Eto'o. Eto'o can hold the ball up better as we all know and has an eye for a through pass when he comes deep to thread either of the other 3 in. I don't dislike McGeady as much as some but I think that's our strongest side. With coleman on the right it also lets Lukaku drift inside.
