Sylvain Distin and Tony Hibbert will form Everton's central defensive pairing in Athens.

Distin is fit enough to start despite a hamstring strain and lines up next to makeshift centre half Hibbert.

Seamus Coleman is drafted in to right-back to cover for Hibbert, with Dan Gosling coming in to replace the ineligible John Heitinga in midfield.

Jo again leads the line with Yakubu and Louis Saha on the bench.

Gosling is joined in midfield by Tim Cahill, Marouane Fellaini, Diniyar Bilyaletdinov and Steven Pienaar.

The youthful bench sees Saha and Yakubu joined by Kieran Agard, Shane Duffy, Jose Baxter and Shkodran Mustafi.

Either Pienaar of Bilyaletdinov, I'm guessing Pienaar.

It'll be interesting to see where he's actually used, behind the striker or as a central midfielder.

He's great there for South Africa, basically gets a free role and runs [Poor language removed].

For me with those players there is only 1 possible line up.

Defence is obvious, Jo upfront.

Then Gosling on the right, Billy on the left, Fellaini sitting deep, Pienarr central and Cahill attacking mid.

Unless Moyes knows something we dont that is the only logical line up.

just said bily in the centre on the telly!

im going all out here on a 3-0 win !

jo to get two and cahill the other!!

The referee has just give the game the go-ahead after heavy rain in the Greek capital, but any more rain and there could be trouble ahead...
