it was during the monsoon season, and it was raining.
little hut was 35p full board.
hand carved pineapples by local maidens on the beach were a couple of pence, like a twister but fresh pineapple.

if anyone is heading over there for a mini break, there are some fantastic islands that are very close to athens, probably only 1/2 hour to the first one, the boats still run as normal as people live there and commute.

Cheers mate. I prefer the Northern islands to be fair, they're more green and quaint.

If you're going to Athens, remember your coat as Greece in winter can be freezing. It can snow in the northern parts at sea level.
