Bainsey scored those two cracking free kicks vs West Ham (I think it was Big Rom’s First game for us). Bainsey still has that ‘indie’ hipsterish gig about him..a little Paul Weller-ish. Capt Jags has sadly lost too much pace. I reckon he realises that as well and it’s beginning to affect his captaincy. I’m loath to say it but perhaps this might be their last year in our first team?. “Heresy!” you say?No, in my opinion it’s just cold hard reality .
I wouldn’t be surprised if one or two of the young lads -like Lookman- didn’t think dissimilarly.

No mate I’m not. He’s old, yes. He’s possibly too old to be delivering the standard we need this season. But to call him a loser is the hallmark of a proper teddy-hugging bed wetter and, to be honest, effing disrespectful given that he chose to remain with us when more successful teams were sniffing about.

What's he won?

Lookman needs a run in the side and a patient manager, but I fear neither will happen and he will be sold. Surely he deserves a chance.

He's at least two years past his sell by date and should've been punted.

Sentimentality is one of the things that have held the club back for years.

Which is one of the many reasons we find ourselves in the mess that we find ourselves in.

Anyway, I hope Lookman stays.

Does any of this make Leighton Baines a loser for Everton?

True, Leipzig is not Munich or Hamburg, but it's the fastest growing city in Germany. Leipzig is bigger than Liverpool. And the GDR has not existed since 1990. Funny, that you have to mention that at all.
Lookman has played into the hearts of the fans here in Leipzig, because he has performed so carefree and has clearly noticed what he wants. Namely confidence and chances of playing time, even if he has made mistakes. He is a young player and not always consistent in his performance. But to become constant and to improve, he has to play.
We here in Leipzig hope that he will come back to us.

Excuse my English, but I grew up in the GDR and the lessons at school were really bad.regular-16-9.webp
