Yep they surely have. I understand that Everton are hanging out for £28m as they will lose 10% to Charlton. The Germans won't pay that much cos they are only a small club. and do not have the necessary loot. We might be stuck with him for better or for worse. You never know he might turn out alright.

I would say the Bundesliga is definitely less competitive than the premiership. Look man did nothing in his Limited showings in the premiership under 2.5 managers and did some slightly better things (or had better highlights) in the German league.

Lookman is becoming the next Barkley / Roswell / Everton young player where they are talked up to something they ultimately won’t get to, and then the fans hound them out.

Isn't it true that German clubs don’t really do big transfer fees?

like all leagues, the fees are getting bigger. But yeah, so far nothing like the PL in terms of fees. Biggest transfer in the Bundesliga history so far is the 39 million that Wolfsburg paid for Julian Draxler about 3 years ago.
Leipzig's biggest transfer so far is around 22 million they paid for Naby Keita.
