I was hoping he would play yesterday. If he doesn't start the next game I am worried he is off and I believe he can go on to become a very good player. Is he is fit, he must be given at least 2 or 3 starts in a row. If he flops and we decide to sell him, then it wasn't meant to be. But at least give him that chance. It could just be that Silva felt he didn't need to be on the bench if he was starting on Wednesday and decided to give him the night off and give a chance to some of the other members of the squad maybe?
