A Barnsley fan on another forum informs me that Hammill's release clause is actually believed to be £500k above what they paid for him, which was about £300-400k. So if that's right his release price would be £800-900k.

looks like he has a bit of potential ... the way he plays in that vid reminds me of a young ryan giggs.
