Believe me he was not great at all for the u21 against Bradford. Can't believe we actually spent 9 millions on this guy. I understand why he isn't playing, but I dont understand why we signed him...probably needs 1 or even 2 loans before he is pl ready if at all.

I want to see this lad play in the PL. I dont give a flying one what Moyes thinks of a player, because he's inherently prejudiced against young players.
If he's rubbish then I'd say. But I'd rather make the judgement than accept what that 'kin pudding Moyes thinks of him.
It’s not beyond the realms of possibility tbf. I have zero faith in Moyes when it comes to young players. Thank god Armstrong got sorted with a decent loan.
Last season - Plays direct, quick aggressive attacking football gets his highest PPG as Everton manager. Doesn't address any of the glaring weaknesses in the team and makes zero signings to improve that team with players who have pace. Then only signs players who slow the game down. Seriously one of the most bizarre transfer windows I’ve ever seen at Everton. Remarkable but not in a good way.
