2025/26 Adam Aznou

Still far too early to be writing him off, he's a teenager. Should get a run out in the second half and hopefully he makes the most of it.
It’s nothing to do with writing him off, it’s undoubtedly concerning that we needed cover/competition at left back and it seems like he’s not seen as even being close to it. That’s concerning in the short term because we don’t have that competition, and in the long term because he won’t get better without playing and is highly unlikely to be happy to find himself getting less games here than he did at Bayern Munich.

Don't get me wrong I agree. Was really excited for this signing as we desperately need an attacking full back and as you say, his lack of participation up to this point is concerning. Needs to be playing at his age and that shouldn't really be an issue given our lack of alternatives.

I need to see him with my own eyes though, he is definitely very highly rated in the game and can see it being a bit of a case of Moyes being reluctant to have him in his defence due to his size and frame. Think rightly or wrongly he's going to need to show he can really do the business going forward to get in.

Baffling. So little to gain from playing Coleman out of position before him. Just being left footed alone would have helped matters.

Even playing him in front of Coleman down that side instead of donkey might have made some sense, take some responsibility off him.

Same argument as I have with all our other new youngsters we don’t know how to handle, what plan do we have to get them up to speed? Just hope something clicks when they hit 25?

More concerned with how Moyes is using him then anything the lad has done, he’s not had chance yet ffs. Back him moyes, your killing any confidence the lad has playing Coleman or McNeill ahead of him.

Im also bored with the must be cack in training schtick, its an excuse.

McNeill must look like Ronaldo in training then, doesn’t mean he should get near the pitch, as he continually sticks the gaff out.
