2025/26 Adam Aznou

No, I don’t think that justifies the pages of nonsense and overreaction at all. It’s Moyes job to run the team not give fans explanations as to why a player isn’t in the squad and judging from last night he has plenty to busy himself with on the first point without worrying about anything else.
You can't have your cake and eat it too. The manager invited speculation by deliberately leaving it ambiguous. If anything Moyes should be explaining himself a hell of a lot more than he currently is

It’s more that when a player who had been involved in all the friendlies since signing is suddenly left out when we don’t have a single player in the squad that can play his position I assume that he’s injured rather than jumping to wild conclusions

….that would make sense given its unusual to sub the sub.

Regardless, Garner played well, he didn’t let anybody down.
He did a commendable job. However we had no width at all as a result. Every time Garner got the ball he came inside on his right foot. N’Diaye was more isolated than usual and don’t get me started on our right side.

"David why wasn't Adam Aznou in the squad tonight?"
