Listened to a pod today and a guy on it who loves dyche. His excuse was doucoure is learning a new position so a guys who’s like 31/32 and played 400 games in midfield, is learning to play in midfield

To be fair to Doucoure he gives everything he’s got.
He just hasn’t got a lot .
And he isn’t worth the wage we pay him .

I thought he was gambling on gordon stepping into his jumping about.

The only thing I was surprised about was he didn't mistime his celebratory jump, elbow Gordon in the head, give another pen away and get sent off in the process.

I had visions of the Martin Keown celebration against Van Nistleroy many moons ago when he missed a pen in the last minute.

Shame he’s utterly crap at football

He basically celebrated like a fan, whilsy being paid £100k a week.

….in this game I’d definitely push him into no10 and bring Gueye on. Dyche can’t get the right balance in CM, he needs to sort that.
