He’s been poor in both games and arguably cost us a goal in each. When we would have two points instead of 0 from a players mistakes and poor play, it says something. Onana and another midfielder will hopefully mean he’s a squad player for us.

Nobody doubts he is good at running but he's been at fault for 2 goals in 2 games now. Think he might need a break even if he can start vs Forest just for his own confidence.

We were linked before Ancelotti arrived. There is also a quote from Ancelotti about Godfrey saying that he was a scout signing, not his. I know that’s not the same for Doucoure but it points to a similar vibe for me. Allan was def an Ancelotti signing though.

So what's the injury? He has to play higher up same as onana...they don't have the discipline to play in central/defensive midfield...with onana perhaps one day he can as he is still very young...
