He’s surprising me Doucoure, I was made up we signed him as it was obvious we needed a monster box to box man in a midfield which was all too often overran. Doucoure is such an athlete that I was sure he would fit the bill, and indeed he has. I have, however, been surprised and delighted with his football ability, this big unit can play a bit as well.

This is how I see it as well, Watford fans saying he wasn't good on the ball and he's surprised me so far.

Covered every blade and looked composed when on the ball - biggest compliment I can give him is he made siggy and Tom look better players in our midfield.
