Probably put a better shift in than Gomes, but because Gomes has put terrible performances he he plays alright, he gets praise.
When Doucoure is worse than his top drawer efforts gets moaned at.
His presence is enough to warrant no negativity from me, he covers so much ground, and we would madly miss him, if he was out.

It could legitimately be argued that he's worthy of shortlisting for our player of the season. Look at how bad our midfield was last year, and the qualities those midfielders lacked... Abdoulaye provides those exact qualities in enough volume for two players every game. Absolutely superb signing in my opinion, love this guy.

I just watched him been subbed during game Thursday again to see lol, and he was running off but almost limping a touch at same time when showing either a touch of pain or just tiredness on his face, so hopefully just Rumours and nothing at all
