True this, had a few chances tonight, but dont think thats his game,he is a serious engine, we need that for the weekend.
I don't think we've seen the best of him and won't until he has proper midfielders playing with him.
The enormous amount of haring around doing other people's running means he doesn't get the chance to be the threat going forward that he can be.
This is why I think he looks worse when James plays, for example. He's the one who picks up that extra 2k a game to cover.
Does it without a hint of complaint as well. Love this fella.

Yep. Guys got a motor and uses it but he's not really a tackler so much as he picks up the ball when it gets loose, he can't position himself well in the defensive third and his forward play is limited to once in awhile dribbles and popping up in a good spot once or twice a game.
I'd just rate him overall as meh. Certainly not as important to what we do (which is essentially nothing) as people make out. I'd love to see a few games of Allan and Davies tbh.

Imagine if he would have controlled that ball that bounced in between his legs. Was gutted when he couldn't as it came at a bad angle but could have changed the game that.
