I am all for Gordon going on loan if - it means he will play a lot and Digne will see some time on the wing with NN at the left back. If that is a direction Carlo is looking. Should be a clause in the loan to force his return for Winter if Watford don’t play him or Jarrod

It sounded earlier that we wanted Jarrod to stay and work under Carlo as well. Things can change (if it makes this deal cheaper then maybe it will be required), but I think we keep both for the season.

I wouldn’t want to loan either player to that Southern basket-case club, but if we sign Rodriguez, Gordon instantly becomes the most expendable.
