That's from West Brom's kit man. Why aren't we wearing our black kit against a team that plays in blue and white?

All blue must be the least contrasting colour.

Couple of years ago we had to wear the high vis, as away was white, in the week leading up to the game we hadn't even released a 3rd, it was to be the euro away but had to be brought in for our 1st away of the season.

Ah, I remember that high vis. One of my least favourite Everton kits ever. That said, you've got a point here.
