Inviting fans to a 'launch' of a third kit, the primary purpose of which is to extract more money from the fans, is a bit cringy imo. Doing it as some kind of 'smoke and mirrors' top secret, behind clothes doors event is downright embarrassing.

Releasing it to everyone not at the event to see first is the icing on the cake.
