Do i fire crazy pizza topping girl?

So i'm at work today and the team are talking a lot of rubbish to each other to basically pass the time.

One girl pipes up about pizza toppings and says...

I love pineapple, tomato, mozzarella and MARSH MALLOWS.

Should i fire her?

Suspend her at once and notify her it's for gross misconduct and her suspension will remain in place while an investigation is carried out. The outcome is predetermined as we all know, due to her crimes against humanity.

Give her a letter inviting her to a disciplinary hearing allowing at least 48 hours notice and advise she can be accompanied, either by a union rep or a person she nominates as a witness.

On the day, let her have her talk and then interject, banging loudly on the table and tell her she's a fat bitch who has no grasp on life. Ask her to stand up. Punch her fully in the foof.

Turn to the union rep/witness and ask them if they want some.

Close the meeting. Get security to escort her out of the building and walk around with a visible scowl for the rest of day so your staff can see you. They will get the message and undermining comments like that will never be made in your presence again.
 
In the interest of fairness, maybe you should try this unusual pizza topping to form an un-biased opinion. It might be nice with marsh-mallows. But, if she starts to use "Mallows" ( those chocolate covered ones with biscuit at the bottom ) , then she has no excuse
 
I have now held a discussion with said individual, and some new information has come to light.

Her boyfriend is a kopite.

Explains it all.

And yes she is pretty.
 

I think that Marshmallow usually comes with Chocolate and is a kinda sweet pudding thing, sorry to spoil the flow of hate and that.

Of course, if she's talking Marshmallow with cheese and tomato etc ... then she is indeed pure undiluted evil and should be subject to Chico's rather alarming disciplinary action
