A-league Champions

My local team Brisbane Roar (side we played in the pre season) won the A-league Championship tonight..

Great game too...0-0 at full-time and ended up 2-0 down in extra time. Last ten minutes we get one and in final minute we get the 2nd equaliser..

Went on to win 4-2 on pens...exciting stuff actually..for Australian league standard anyway.

28 games unbeaten as well, quite the feat in any league to be fair.

Thanks lads!! What a game that was, lived in Brissie all my life used to go to every home game until moving up north almost 2 years ago.

We looked gone but rescued it with last kick of that ball. Best 7 minutes of ET I have seen for a while.

@Neiler...the git went from Nth Qld to Perth after one season, has been no Dwighte York either.

yeah seen the goals in this today,2-0 up with 5mins of the 120mins to go,then brisbane get the 2 goals back in the 116 and 119 min then go on to win on pens
