isn't that like cheating to win the premiership?
Clubs with money win things - simple as!!!!!!!
If every team was owned by a billionaire it would just make the players richer and the billionaires slightly poorer. Accountants will always find a way around financial fair play, like chelski do with their 300 kids playing all around the globe or city with their sponsorships deal. Rich clubs will probably raise their spending power through financial fair play by selling players grossly overpriced to lesser clubs but will allow them to pay on the never, never ie Everton buy back Rodwell for 20 million pounds but we pay an initial fee of 5 mill with the rest being paid over ten years if they collect at all, that gives them a profit of 20 mill to add to the figure for profit and hence a bigger spend on transfers, simple but would work as long as they can sustain transfer fees that they now are never to be collected, don't know how that would work in the real business world but if they are prepared to take the hit then up them I suppose.
The playing field has never been even, we where once the rich team ourselves, what goes around comes around and its only the longevity of your rise to the top that matters.
Handicapping teams because they are rich would just move them closer to a European super league and whilst we would like to win the premiership would we want to do it by beating lesser teams and then would we want to join this elitist league.
Ever decreasing circle and should not try to fix what has probably been broken from the start.......
