Impossible to answer the question until we actually see them play some games, and I don't mean the odd 10 mins here or there. They could be substandard but how would anyone know?

From what I've seen of Aznou, I can see why he isn't playing.

And Dibling, no clue whether he's good enough but I always felt from what I heard/read that he would need extra provision/time to settle.

It's different reasons for each.

Dibling played in this league last year plenty. Moyes is a dinosaur.

Aznou needs to visit a few chippies and hit the weights. He needs time to adapt.

In one of the worst teams in premier league history and he didn't have players like NDiaye, Grealish and KDH ahead of him. It may be that Moyes rates his ability but is working on the defensive side of his game before unleashing him.

There have also been question marks about how robust/confident he is so maybe Moyes is letting him settle before throwing him to the baying mob of Everton fans ready to pounce on every bad touch.
