I love that thread, it's one of my favourites places to go on the internet. It's reassuring to know that it's always available and I can post in there whenever I'm down or having anxiety problems over even the smallest things. You're met with nothing but support, advice and real heartfelt kindness.

To anyone who doesn't feel at their best or has something that's bothering them, no matter how silly you might think it is, please use that thread. It's never the right thing to bottle something up, please let it out because you'll feel better afterwards and that's what you deserve.

I was just thinking about @wbn61 ( Michael ) the other day.

Retained his humour and dignity right to the vety end.

A true star on here and a remarkable, brave and wonderful fella.

RIP.

Seems strange to say about someone I didnt know personally but I find it strange visiting that thread since he went. I do know its there if I need it and thats a tremendous source of comfort.

Its not always possible to see something tangible from talking with people about deeply personal issues on a forum, but for me what i've read and written myself has taught me to try and take things back to basics when times are hard and just focus on putting one foot in front of the other. Without the thread I cant say whether i would have ever been able to see the wood for the trees.

@Groucho and the mods deserve tremendous credit for creating it and so too those that contribute.
