Ferguson was part of the culture at Everton which has led us to where we are. Like Kenwright and Baxxendale. Like the finch farm recruitment. What football academy in a city the size of Liverpool would not give home grown talent a chance?!

My argument is, Ferguson did absolutely nothing to deserve being a coach, let alone manager.

His tactics were dire, and one dimensional, but I honestly hope he comes good.
