The Premier League clubs have voted to cap leveraged buyouts at around 65 per cent of a club’s value, which would ban the kind of big-debt takeover that the Glazer family led of Manchester United in 2005
Forbes has us valued at £600mill. Moshiri wants £450mill for his stake which his valuation makes us about near £1billion when you consider the debt.
So technically 777 could leverage £650mill.
They won't do as they'll no doubt just leverage Moshiri's asking price
