Speculation/ clickbait / opinion not news.
You're right but that's why we're all here. We need speculation. They might think that legal action is futile and smell a bargain given the points deduction. They might not even get approved. They look dodgy as hell and the fan survey is a mild indicator of that. Nevertheless, if they get turned down we'll see loads of people claiming it's a vendetta against us.

Should 777 want to walk away, we leave ourselves open to adminstration so potentially a another 9 points deduction but we also open the door for other groups to who hopefully are better than 777
Moshiri will not let the club go into administration not because he care about us but because he would lose a huge sum of money and so are our current creditors. As long as we remain in the league and with the new stadium close to completion bearing in mind the extra revenue we will get from it, our financial position will significantly improve in the years to come.

They won't walk away. They will spunk literally $0 of their own money to buy the club, sell the stadium, pocket that money as well and when the club is sold for $1 they will have made off w/ millions.

This is Coventry on steroids.

with 767?

It may because the 3 clubs relegated that season can now seek to sue us.
How can all three sue us when at least two would have gone down anyway even if the punishment had been applied? Plus as far as I can see the only organisation that could be sued is the premier league wrt the points deductions.

If we stay in the league then next season our wage bill will shrink but re the stadium we won’t see much financial benefit for a couple of decades due to the interest on the funding loans

We yet to sign a big sponsorship naming deal for the new stadium. That could easily be between 200 and 250 millions alone which would help to pay the interest on the loans. The interest on the loans, whilst it is not ideal is not the bigger problem. The issue is the new stadium with cost rising and with moshiri using the club to pay for the build rather than continuing to put his own money...between the cost of the stadium, loans and day to day running, we are struggling right now. We will get new buyers if not 777 as long as we remain in the league. We cannot be relegated.

lol lol

There is absolutely no way we're getting that sort of money for stadium sponsorship now.

The absolute mess we're in at the minute we'll be lucky to retain some of our existing sponsorships, never mind find anyone stupid enough to put their name to our new ground!
