Ok, where did you get the information then.
The audited accounts for 23/24 state our staff wages are 156 million. You saying the backroom staff get paid more than footballers?
Can you post these for us to read, you keep writing it

CapologyOk, were did you get them figures for the first team staff?
Capology
They are quite spot on so more than guessing. Looks like other staff including management, directors, coaches and more (Looks like 445 including players) will take up most of the restSo a similar website to Sportrac.
They just guess the wages.
would the rule change help us ? Pretty much accepted whatever the rules go to the big 6 will always get an adavantage but just got to hope now with the stadium nee owners we can push on to be a team just under the 6
If the first team wages collectively were £157m, then every player would be on over £100k a year, including the three backup keepers. So a similar website to Sportrac.

Everton's wages on the accounts are 137m, 133m when they take out some of the management. They list total staff costs at 157m, but then 20m is social security and pension.
The issue is thats all 500 staff members, and the new rule would be just the wages of players...Id bet the actual wages would be something a little higher than what Spotrac has, around 85-90m. In the PSR hearing they revealed we planned to sell 8 players, and save 37.7m wages on them. If you average that our 20 players it comes out to around 95m. Id suspect thats high, as we were probably planning to sell higher wage earners.
TLDR: Id guess wages for the purpose of the 85% ratio are probably around 85-90m.
