This does not make sense sadly.
If you end up the season on -300 points, you would only be relegated one league down.
The sanction would not be points to drop them down, it would be like rangers had a judgemental relegation to the bottom of the pyramid. They won’t kill the cash cow that is City, they - worst case - will be relegated to Championship.
I said something similar earlier.
There would certainly be the claim of double jeopardy if points are deducted again because of the second offence. One cannot help but feel the PL will feel vindicated with this result and will probably not want to punish Everton further.
They certainly have created a problem for themselves going forward now though.

Oh I agree, in a just world though everyone would be treated equally. Frankly I'd love City to get a -60 points and see how much the media patronizes them like they did to us trying to act like the deduction is good actually.
You're right though, we and Forest will get it, ultimately it'll relegate Forest and they'll put a rule in place because that punishment shouldn't happen to fans anymore, despite the fact that they couldn't give a toss about fans, it'd just be about the money that City and Chelsea generate.
