And an extra five points because it's a second offence.
Im convinced it was sky's idea - the perfect exit plan from that situation so everyone would be happy and they could keep their still shocked butt hurt snouts in the money trough.

Reasons why we should get 10 back:-
Flawed Process
IC not impartial
No stadium no breach, PL changing rules mid period
Ukraine war and loss of sponsorship instantly
The PL rulebook does never say P&S breach is a sporting advantage, like the EFL
No sanctions policy
And the backlash the PL have had for this from fans and the Government show they are way way off base.
I hope if we don`t get all 10 Everton take this further, many lawyers/KCs have suggested the PL have no grounds and would lose in a court of law.
The PL need to re-write their rule book, P&S sanctions in my view should be :-
Fine of the owner, club or chairman
Transfer ban
Reduced squad size
Points should never be a sanction on the table...

Nah we’ve been handled with complete disdain during the whole process. Can’t see that changing. A paltry three points at most.
