6 + 2 Point Deductions

Just to say that I’m impressed @gwladysnight made his argument, realised it was wrong and was gentleman enough to do the honourable thing and leave. Others take note that’s how to act like an adult. Hope he’s well.
Tried that.... Kept forgetting something and had to come back. Unbelievable how many layers of clothes and trinkets I have on my person. 6 piece shell suit, iwatch and chain, e-cigarette holder, Google monocle... It's a minefield for a gentleman these days.

Stop pulling faces all the time, if this wind changes it may stick lol - I feel someone at the premiership has got it in for us & any panel investing us should declare any interest on what team or past involvements with any football clubs they have had in the past - Our new Ground is upsetting them IMO

Seeing people seemingly accepting of a potential transfer ban.

Talk of a ban or points should be volleyed into orbit by every evertonian, the entire process has been a debacle and no punishment derived from it should be acceptable.

If we had recieved a financial fine for the financial breach, as many other clubs have been penalised as such, there’s no argument from any of us.
If they’d have given us a transfer ban right away we’d have probably all said ‘fair play, we broke the rules and deserve to be punished’ but I agree, the shocking treatment we’ve received and lack of process or logic has been a disgrace and we should fight this pathetic organisation all the way.

Transfer ban should be seen as time served anyway because their rules have meant we’ve been net positive on transfers for three years now whilst other clubs have spent around half a billion.

The whole point of the profit and sustainability rules is 'supposed' to be to try and get clubs to become sustainable i.e tick over better, maybe make profit, not lose money. Inflicting punishments on struggling clubs such as fines, point deductions, transfer bans or whatever goes completely against that and can only ever hurt the struggling club even further and maybe even push them towards bankruptcy. If the PL were actually interested in the clubs becoming sustainable, they would be offering assistance, not punishment.

The real agenda behind PSR is to keep a small pool of very profitable elite clubs far ahead of the rest of the small unimportant clubs, hence the outrageous punishments.

How does this appeal work, is it like a tribunal?

With the second charge would like to think the league would atleast look at it and see the club has tried to cut down costs at the club. Hopefully we can finally move on from this
