It should depend entirely on the context.I would assume a second offense would be harsher than the first.

Would rather be was PMJust give him the club
Eight year contracts are only savvy until you realise you have a few absolute dross players on your books on big wages for almost a decade. That Jackson who doesn’t seem up to standard is set for life no matter how many chances he misses for example. They will just sell Gallagher and a couple of others and come in under the limit .
Say what you want about them but their new owners seems to be very savvy regarding the rules … hence the 7 year contracts
Early 2000's he advised them under a previous regime.
I can see why we were interested in him, good attributes, but he’s raw and might not make the final step to being premier league quality so it’s got to be a 20 mil punt at best. They reckon it’s teams like Fulham in for him - they’re not paying 50m on anyone let alone unprovenI dont see anyone paying close to 50m for Broja. That's more than double his value
It was Bernstein he worked for.Shiniwatra or the heyday of Bernstein with Goater leading the line?
He'll know his stuff but the ego on the feller based on his online profile is ridiculous. Blocks people for disagreeing, retweets himself, and Chat GPTs replies to his thoughts.
He could do both.Would rather be was PM
As I have said on a number of occasions the statutory accounts give a hint of an impending PS numbers but unless you actually see the club’s submission then you can’t get close to the numbers. They will just sell Gallagher and a couple of others and come in under the limit .

only if it was thus written in to the rules, as they hadn't written the rules for sanctions for a first offence, I doubt that a second offence penalty schedule exists. Due to the double counting/double jeopardy of the rolling three year period, there is a strong argument for a lesser sentence. They really haven't thought this through.I would assume a second offense would be harsher than the first.
its a short term solution with long term hangoverEight year contracts are only savvy until you realise you have a few absolute dross players on your books on big wages for almost a decade. They think because of his background he is 100% on top of the PLs case, their evidence and he keeps banging on about the fact that such high powered individuals would have to have been involved what they are charged with couldn’t happen.Every city fan ive heard or read are falling over themselves to praise him.
go figure.
Always thought we'd have the deduction suspended whilst it was appealed... only usAppeal is expected to START this month??
