Agreed. He will be information gathering and compiling a damning case against the premier league for current and future use. I just dont understand how Chelsea have not been charged. My back of the packet calculations from their published results say that they needed to make a profit of over a 100m in the last accounts to only loose 105m. I dont understand why it is so quiet with them.

Is there not an argument that once charged for breaching the 3 year average that the whole period should start again? I mean, one disastrous season financially for any club could get you charges for 3 consecutive seasons

A big part of all this that’s playing out at the moment between us and the PL, and now to include Notts Forest, is the PL and the idiot in charge (Masters?) trying to flex their muscles!
