Yeah, entirely possible they give us 5 back on appeal then reapply for the second breach. Or they suspend the initial punishment but then trigger it for the second.

They must surely see that -20 points for failing to hit fairly arbitrary accountancy targets is ludicrous.

Points deductions on any scale should be for serious fraud, corruption, fan rioting, stuff on a serious criminal scale. Not this crap.

Be interesting to see by how much and our rationale again.
