I imagine they are waiting to see if uefa do anything about it as I don’t think it meets their rules. With so many clubs potentially in European places next season, most clubs will have sights on it,

Going by what punishment they have dished out to clubs in the past, it will be a smack on the hand and a little telling off, followed by a fine and a transfer bad, the will be suspended for 2 seasons which will make no difference at all.

Probably but all depends on where the position of the club is at in the future.

Guaranteed they probably made a scab six pact to protect their interests during the ESL fiasco - looking after each other regardless of current positions.
