It's the deduction for cooperation that worries me. Is our IC going to see it the same as the Forest IC did? From the Forest IC decision, it seems a 2 point deduction was granted for a combination of an early plea (guilty admission I believe that means), plus cooperation with the IC. I wonder what our approach is with this second IC; hopefully we will be deemed cooperative at least.

We're told any breach is a points deduction, and I'm thinking they'll acknowledge existing penalty/period.

I do have a concern though it could become "we'll its a second breach that you didn't take steps to resolve" and hammer us more.

Feels pointless trying to apply logic/second guess it though as it's such a chaotic, agenda driven process.

I would guess 2 also. It kind of legitimises Forest's penalty at the same time. Our two charges dividing to 4 points a pop.

They should do another 6, adjusted for 1-6 additional points deducted! Its a whole new ball game with for example another 4 points deducted and losing to Burnley, who would then be level with us.

Is this telling me i'm safe to want Sheff Utd to win tonight?
 
The same would apply to Sheff U strangely enough. We dont want them to win and get 3 points. They win and draw their 2 games in hand, and one win would mean would go to 22 with us in that scenario.

We play them on the penultimate weekend. Its in our own hands playing the other 5 teams in the fight. Well our hands AND Masters’ unfortunately.

See no reason why they cant say we havent this time is done the same season the breach has been done. Cant just keep screwing us over, this crap just needs to end feels like whole season of this crap
