I dont see how it would be reasonable for Forest to get any back but not us. They still broke the rules, as flawed as they are. They missed the period to hit and the Johnson argument doesn't hold up for me in terms of the rules. That said, the rules are broken and all deductions for us and Forest and anyone else that matter should be void. We could use Richy as an example, we should have gotten more for him but we buckled because Spurs knew we needed to sell him. We did so and we are in breach of the P&S/FFP again, showing the rules dont support sustainability.the proposed amount to be deducted will be known before the end, but the appeal against it won't be heard til after. Nothing extra to be taken off, but could be bad if we finish ahead of Forest in 17th and they got them back and we didn't
I dont know for certain but I imagine it would be around the same region as us, as if their defence is they were holding out on for around 50m for Johnson, id have put him in the range for 30-50m (and I think I'm undervaluing him there so maybe even less of a breach than us). But that's just a guess. Happy for anyone to correct this.does anyone know how bad Forest's breach is in comparison to our 19m?
