We can't take this to CAS.

If we appeal it will be another Independent panel.

There is nothing preventing Everton from going to CAS, the appeal with the premier league would have to heppen first.

The premier league would also have to agree to go to CAS.

Burnley, Leeds and Leicester want a piece now because they got relegated. Well Leeds and Leicester were relegated in a different season, nd anyone who gets relegated gets relegated due to not getting enough points. Spending money doesn't always mean earning points, as we all know too well. They will have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that someone like dele alli or cenk tosun single handedly kept us up. Hold on, if you cant work that out you must be daft. What have we got last two seasons? Average of 37 points. At least one of those three clubs below us find firm...very possible...it'll mean we'll have had to have had a 48 points season to keep them at arms length. If you think we're as good as that then you are the one who have to show your workings out.

Whatever your opinion on the punishment ( for me it’s too severe ) the owners of the club for the past 7-8 years have disgraced the good name of Everton football club with there running of this club, -10 pt deduction is a damning legacy

That isn't true. Organisations have to sign up to have CAS as the final arbiter. UEFA is signed up to CAS the Premier League is not.

Is the 10 point deduction fair? No. But if anything it validates the protesting from our fans over the last few years in regards to the board and Moshiri. We have been right this whole time. They are a stain on this club's history and today's point deduction is a result of their incompetence.
