I don't think it's as complex as people think. It's also not about fans owning 51% of shares.

It's as simple as if a club wants to make any significant change - like change their badge, their football stadium, their shirt colours - or move to another league then they have to ask their own season ticket holders and the majority has to support it.

So we have a group of delegates (fans) who are invited to meetings regarding any possible changes to what you’ve mentioned. So we have a voice not just at Everton but all clubs.

That regulator will be the first thing the fans of those clubs hold out votes on to remove like their owners have done to get their way with the league before.

The regulator would be independent, appointed by government,otherwise there is no point in having one.

I don’t know.
By that time the FA and the Leagues should have penalties in place which would ensure it didn’t happen.
