Bring back the groat
Reopen coal mines as theme parks
Make eating Union Jack bread compulsory
Men have to purchase a new hat every month, one of which must be a bowler hat, each year, and at least three roll up umbrellas. Women must buy twelve new pinnies, two new rolling pins and produce a baby each year.
A new chimney sweep job creation programme for the under 16s.
