the Australian gear by L'Alpina, was a lot more exclusive over here than the lacoste and fila, I've recently bought a couple of polo shirts from a bird in the phillipines , she had inherited her grandfathers shop and they were upstairs unsold, you can tell by the cardboard tags that they are from way back, I believe they ended up making them in holland and being owned by a dutch company due to the popularity over there.

To the untrained eye (young blerts and toerags) they appear to be Kangol, but those that know, know.
some of their trackies were very smart but then some were just gaudy as feck....

the polo shirts go for quite a bit on ebay

You still see them (Australian) from time to time in Holland. As you say, they were hugely popular in Holland. The hardcore supporters of The Hague especially seem to be stucked in the 80's/90's.

The Southern part of Holland has aklways felt more inclined to follow the English style, so Aussie gear lost out quite early to the casual look of nowadays here.

I have what you may say, the very definition of a sensible barnet.

shortish back and sides, not menacing but not in need of altering either, although it has a tendency to grow quick, I've thought about shaving it all off, but that's all, I wouldn't go through with it.

I'm growing a beard now anyway, so it will look better maybe that way.

it's a very liberating experience mate, kind of addictive as well.
done mine to as low as the clippers will go, but it's not enough, I dont want to have to use a bic but I've been looking for some clippers that go all off, maybe some of those that are for body shaving, but then i just know I'll go for it, and next thing i'm shaving my arse with the same thing as my bonce.

any recs on best clippers lads ? are the beard ones any good on the nog ? a sthere are more battery ones of those available.

what do you use fester/sharpy ? reckon you must use the razor on yours ?
