There is certainly a difference in sports culture overall, won't argue that at all. I will say though, baseball is the sport we mainly consider to be a more laid back/social live experience than a pure sporting event. The exact opposite can be said about playoff baseball, though.

Don’t you get sick of cheering points watching basketball. Seems like the first 3/4 of a game are meaningless points wise… sporting prowess and athleticism aside, points seem to lack drama

In the NBA….. until the play offs this is very much the case. The early season games they play Europe are possibly the worst professional basketball games you can watch. The players treat it like a holiday (and tickets are mad expensive) and don’t really try at all. Ga,es with over 130 pts per team….

Play offs are decent.

But NBA is way off NCAA and EuroLeague in terms of a watch. EuroLeague is unreal. And the NBA /. FIBAare about to ruin it all for money….….

I'll be there, but it's only a 20 minute drive to one of the stadiums from where I live.
