I'm going bold with my surprise...Canada. I can see them beating Bosnia and Qatar as a host nation in the group stage and then they'll fancy their chances vs Turkiye in the Round of 32 and Belgium in the last 16. Spain will be too much in the Quarters.

Flop? Germany or France as it looks like they'll meet in the last 16.

I think France have a way better chance than Germany to win this World Cup. But I'd always fancy the Germans to beat the French in a one-off...
