Season starts early this year, and we are still farting about deciding on a sponsor?! Would not be surprised if they haven’t got a design agreed between the board.

Most of the other clubs have got their kits out now, getting sold for the summer hols, but our elite board of directors and commercial managers cba getting our kit sorted out and released.

Likewise it seems we’re slow in the market, even after the crapshow of a season we’ve just had - incredible really.

We need to start protesting again against this shower of shabite in the boardroom and the owner.

I think how the logo looks is the least offensive thing about having Stake.com as a sponsor.

I actually think it looks okay.

Apparently kit and sponsor are all sorted. No idea why it hasn't been released. Leon Osman was there doing a photo shoot with the new gear weeks back.

Looks pretty awful that. Unfortunately, the financial position we're in (paired with the serious uncertainty there was as to where we'd be playing our football in 22/23) probably left us with little option but to go for the highest bidder, whoever they happened to be.

I'd definitely rather we didn't have a gambling sponsor (and I say this as someone who used to play poker for a living) but I do find it odd that people seem to have a MUCH bigger moral problem with it than they ever did Chang, when alcohol causes far more problems than gambling does (which is not to say that gambling doesn't cause problems too).

Too much to ask that some minimal confidence building measures could be sorted out in the aftermath of such an appalling season, even if it's to announce a gambling sponsorship deal and kit release.

Our luck we dropped Cazoo because we supposedly had a record breaking deal with another company only for that company to back out and now we are scrambling to find a sponsor.

Next season starts on 6th August which is only a week earlier than this season and only 3 days earlier than the 2019 season so its fairly standard.

However, the board is still totally incompetent and continually misses out on revenue opportunities as well as making the club repeatedly look badly run.
