Negativity and abuse are two different things. Going on Twitter and directly calling one of our players a piece of crap, wishing them harm, telling them to get out of 'our Club' etc. is abuse, not negativity. That type of behaviour is the work of scum.
Too many of our fans are just horrendous creatures who instead of showing their support and trying to lift a player who may be going through a bad spell, instead get the scent of blood in their nostrils and go in for the kill like the pack of filthy rats they are.
And it was because of this point of view that my application for 'Chairman of the Everton Fan Club' was rejected.

Twitter is the low point of human civilisation. I only use it for a work related account. And the stuff I witness professionals posting on work time is mind boggling.
