“Fans” that won’t support us if we get Allardyce

I never understand these individuals.

Allardyce has a proven level of output. He is a poor manager. He has a history of corruption.

So why after a couple of easy home wins did the everton fan hivemind start doing the whole "Sizeable Sam has been a miracle worker" crap? It was only ever going to end one way.

The unpalatable fawning over Lee and Shakespeare too. Totally ridiculous.

His numbers were inaccurate.

How were they inaccurate exactly?

For the Sam haters...here are some simple facts for you:

When Koeman was sacked: 18th, points from 7th = 7
When Moshiri decided to replace Unsworth with Big Sam: 17th, points from relegation = 2, points from 7th = 10
When Allardyce was officially appointed: 13th, points from relegation = 5, points from 7th = 9
Now: 9th, points from relegation = 7, points from 7th = 3

Apologies, I took @Papa Shango 's word for it.

Big Sam could do himself and the club a favour on Saturday by actually going for 3 points against a Burnley side that has been in terrible form for months and by trying to address our horrendous away form. But I suspect he won't and we will have to endure another boring and frustrating 90 minutes which will probably end in a defeat by 1 goal.

I am in full agreement that as yet (and almost certainly won't do) he has not proven himself to be the man to push us on as a club beyond this season. I just think a bit of balance is only fair to highlight that things were dire around the time he came in and he has made a slight improvement on it.

As bad as it sounds i am very tempted to put a 1-0 burnely bet on at the weekend
