“Fans” that won’t support us if we get Allardyce

As Evertonians I think the least we expect is to beat the lesser teams and put in a decent shift against the top teams, this is exactly what we have done so far. He might not be everyones cup of tea, but you can't fault what he is delivering at the mo. If he gets us in to the top 6/7, then after the start we've had, this is a serious result and well done to him.

Also, I just have a feeling that we might win a cup under him, whether it be this season or next.

Must be his magnificent trophy record that fills you with such confidence

So you were quite happy going when Pienaar the ALLEGED multiple time woman beater, or Wayne Rooney the drink driver were playing, but Allardyce is the last straw ?

Bizarre moral compass.

Yeah but they weren't FAT CROOKS mate. Big Sam doesn't represent our wonderful club's wholesome family values, it's a disgrace

Am I a great person yet?

Bye.

Don't hurry back, we're certainly not missing you.
And be careful not to fall off that high horse.

get a grip mate. There are far worse people out there in football let alone the rest of the world.

If that documentary is true then all it showed was an easy temptation to make a few quid on the side. That's hardly crime of the century.

I'm not saying I condone it but I can't stand this holier than thou approach.
What is it about someone’s personal choice not to go to the game that annoys you all so much?

I’m still going, and i’m Not sure any individual could stop me because going to watch Everton is just what I do, it’s a habit, an obsession almost. I get that not everybody’s the same though, and I know people who’ve stopped because the football was bad, or because they felt the board was a joke or whatever. It’s never bothered me, that’s their choice and they’re welcome to make it.

I haven’t read the whole thread so forgive me if i’m Way off, but I haven’t seen anyone calling for everyone to boycott, or criticising those who don’t, only people telling their own story. Not sure why that prompts such harsh criticism to be honest.

It's the fact that they air their opinion on this forum, therefore making it anything but personal that entitles people to respond.
Also there is an implied criticism that those who do continue to support the team and the manager are are wrong to do so.
Read some of the thread.

Give me the 13 points from 15, winning games and not getting humiliated since he was officially appointed manager over the embarrassing defeats in Europe and hammerings we took in the league under the last 2 managers - former European Cup winner Ronald Koeman and David 'bleeds blue' Unsworth.

Perhaps we should review after we’ve played the top 4 or so; the litmus test I’d say for Sam.

You air your opinion, others air theirs. It's a forum for opinions. And for the record I haven't seen anybody saying those continuing to support the manager are wrong.

Well all I really need to read is the OP isn’t it? The thread was set up specifically to criticise these people, there’s no ‘implied’ criticism, it’s just right there in your face. Hardly surprising that people have responded with their reasons in such a thread is it?

As I said, I personally don’t really understand how/why somebody would do it, but I have no problem with them making that choice if that’s what they want to do. No skin off my nose, and might make it easier for me to get Tickets for certain aways.

Look up the meaning of "implied".
And yes, it is a forum for opinions, but you can't keep things personal by going public on an internet forum.

Why is it the litmus test considering we could hardly beat anyone at all before he took over and were getting walloped by mid-table teams and crap Italian sides?

I’m sure sam has no frailties in his set ups, but just to ensure I’m right, I’d like to see how we fare against decent sides.
