You're over estimating my level of influence. I'll send them an email but I can't see it making much difference.

At the very least it's equally as important if not more important than player recruitment. Signing a poor player won't improve the team but signing a poor manager can definitely absolutely ruin a team.

Finding a new manager is a hugely important appointment so it pays to take their time to get it right. I'm just hoping they don't take their time but still get it hopelessly wrong.
