He does start. It’s called squad rotation.

However im not surprised that Everton fans may not know what that is. When we don’t actually have a bench.

We do when everyone is fit and there is no Afcon, not the greatest of course, but to be honest, does Moyes rotate his squad ? To my knowledge he's only displaced players when they are injured, suspended or on International duty( Afcon).

To be fair, we don’t go far in cups or have European competition to contend with. If we did, I’d expect more rotation
