I’m all for a good old fashioned challenge mate. Yes he gets the ball. He almost breaks his leg. It’s a clear 100% red card.

McAllister literally runs into tarks sliding clearance. I dont know what people want tarks to do in that moment?

Was he supposed to just stand there and let a player run over and get the ball on the edge of our box?

A player that was no where near the ball when tarks starts going to clear it.

Simple fact of the matter is tarks does a sliding clearance of the ball and McAllister literally runs into tarks path thats not a red card.

Or are you one of these people who thinks defenders can stop on a dime whilst sliding along the floor?

McAllister runs over sticks his leg out to block the clearance and then puts it down right where tarks is sliding.

The hand ball law is a complete mess. When you hear t-shirt line to determine what's a handball and what's not you know things are getting a little silly

In modern football potentially. In a derby where these kind of fouls are more leniently looked at then its 50 50. You just need to see some of the tackles in the Old Firm games to see that tackles are viewed differently in derby games.
